We welcome Venturer Units and individual Venturers who want to come and assist the Gilweroo Venturer Unit with the running of the camp. Venturers can come along with their Scout Group or they can attend independently. Once in the camp, the role will either be assisting with your own group or participating with the Gilweroo Venturer Unit in whatever they are tasked to do. You will need to make a decision on this before camp.

As a Venturer you have the option to camp with your Group or stay in the Venturer camp and catering can be provided by us (at a cost) or your group. See our section on Catering below.

To register for the event, Venturers can be added to the Group's registration by clicking on the Register Youth link once logged in to the Event Online Booking system. Alternatively, you can register independently by following the process outlined above for Leaders and selecting Venturer in the Gilweroo role. 

Once this is done, if  you wish to take advantage of our catering, you must raise a request in the Gilweroo Service Desk.
