What's the difference between a Booking and a Registration?

Booking... When you book for Gilweroo, you tell us you want to come and bring along a group of Youth and Adults to participate in the weekend. The booking reserves the number of positions that you need to cater for your entire delegation.

 

Registration... Registering for Gilweroo is when you tell us specifically who it is that is coming along.

 

It is essential that your Booking is made early to secure the required number of places. The youth numbers are vital and cannot be changed easily. The number of Leaders, Rovers, other Adlults and Venturers is a little more flexible as we don't need to lock in the numbers for our activity schedules.

 

Both Bookings and Registrations are managed using the Scouts Event Online Bookings website at http://events.manninghamscouts.org.au/
