If you have already used this system for any event in the past, you should have a Username and Password. If you cannot remember either of these then click the Lost Password button. For help with the Lost Password process, click here.
If someone else has already created their own login for your Troop, then ask them to assign you as a user and you will be given your own login. See here for assistance with this process.
If this is your Troop's first time using this Booking Tool, click the Register new troop button. For help see here.
If you're having problems, please first check the various help pages we have supplied and then, if you still can't get it to work, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org providing a detailed description of what is failing, including (where possible) screenshots of the screen containing the error.
Once you login successfully, you will be presented with the Welcome/Home screen on which is displayed the list of available events. One of those should be this year's Gilweroo. For about the first month, your only option will be Register Troop for event.. This is the link you use to make a Booking for your Troop. Once registrations open, the options will increase to include Register Patrols, Register Leaders and Register Youth (see inset).
