Please read these notes before entering and submitting the details above:

When entering registration details you are required to enter each patrol, its size and then the scouts in that patrol. Leaders, Rovers,Venturers and other adults can all be entered on the same screen, a patrol name is not needed

  • Group - If your group or troop name does not appear please contact admin@gilweroo.com.au
  • Invoice Number - This can be found on your invoice generated from your booking data. If you dont have it please contact admin@gilweroo.com.au
  • Patrol Name - is limited to 15 characters
  • Patrol Size - For allocation purposes patrols are limited to a maximum of 8. If you have 9 or more scouts please divide them into two or more patrols (eg Scouts = 9 then allocate 1 patrol x 5 scouts and 1 patrol x 4 scouts). You will have to send registration details for each patrol
  • S/V/R/L/A - please select the most appropriate description that describes the person you are entering
  • First Name & Surname - Respresent the person you are registering
  • Registration No - Please enter the individuals scout registration no. (Adults who are not Scout Association members will not have one)
  • Date of Birth - Is only required for Scouts and Venturers
  • WWC - Working with children cards are required by all person 18 years of age or over please refer to leader information section of website
